Bradley K. Scott CFA®

After earning degrees in business and history from Southern Methodist University in 1990, I began as a real estate analyst appraising commercial real estate properties for institutional clients of the Prudential Insurance Company, working in Dallas and then Atlanta.  With a desire to manage stock and bond portfolios for clients, I obtained my MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and went on to work for a mutual fund company.  I have spent the last 24 years following my passion by crafting and managing investment portfolios for individual clients, seeking to maximize returns and reducing risk.

Professional designations earned include the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2003 and completed the requirements for the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) in 2007.

I live in Midlothian, Texas with my wife Leigh where she is a middle school teacher. My son Warren works at HEB in Mansfield and my son Grayson teaches orchestra at Atascocita High School in Humble, Texas. Leigh and I have taught high school students in Sunday School at our church.

I grew up in the Baptist church where I discovered a love of singing.  Over the years I have performed in a variety of musical productions and enjoy singing with a men’s vocal group, called Broken Cords, where we perform at many churches and corporate events throughout the area.

I enjoy staying active with running and rowing, and supporting the arts by attending musical and stage productions.
